Access to PHI. Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
Access to PHI. Business Associate shall, within ten days of receiving a written request from Covered Entity, make available PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. 164.524.
Access to PHI. To the extent applicable, Business Associate agrees to provide access, at the request of Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity, to PHI in a Designated Record Set, to Covered Entity or, as directed by Covered Entity, to an Individual in order to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524 (if Business Associate has PHI in a Designated Record Set).
Access to PHI. Business Associate shall make PHI available in accordance with 45 CFR section 164.524.
Access to PHI. To the extent that Business Associate possesses an applicable Designated Record Set, and within a reasonable amount of time of receipt of a request from Covered Entity or Individual to access such PHI, Business Associate shall make available such PHI, to the extent required for Covered Entity’s compliance with its obligations under 45 C.F.R. §164.524.
Access to PHI. Business Associate shall make all PHI and related information maintained by Business Associate or its agents or subcontractors available as soon as practicable following a request for PHI, but within fifteen (15) days, to the extent necessary to fulfill the following obligations:

Contractor Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Contractor Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within five (5) business days, Contractor Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for Access to PHI that Contractor Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
Access to PHI. Within ten (10) days of receipt of a request, Business Associate shall make PHI maintained by Business Associate in a Designated Record Set, in Business Associate's possession or control, available to Covered Entity for inspection and/or copying to enable Covered Entity to fulfill its obligations under 45 CFR § 164.524. If a request for access to PHI is delivered directly to Business Associate, Business Associate shall as soon as possible, but no later than ten (10) days after receipt of the request, forward the request to Covered Entity. Business Associate shall provide access to a copy of electronic PHI maintained by Business Associate in a Designated Record Set to the Covered Entity in accordance with the provisions of this Section and HIPAA.
Access to PHI. 2.6.1. Business Associate shall, at the request and direction of Covered Entity, make PHI maintained by Business Associate in a Designated Record Set available to Covered Entity, or, as directed by Covered Entity, to the individual identified as being entitled to access and copy such PHI, within five (5) business days of receipt of such a request from Covered Entity.
Access to PHI. Business Associate shall make available to Covered Entity, in the time and manner designated by the Covered Entity, such information as necessary to allow Covered Entity to meet its obligations under the HIPAA Regulations, PHI contained in a Designated Record Set held by Business Associate as Covered Entity may require to fulfill Covered Entity’s obligations to provide access to, and copies of, PHI in accordance with HIPAA and the HIPAA Regulations and MRPA. In the event that any individual requests access to PHI directly from Business Associate, Business Associate shall notify Covered Entity within five (5) business days that such request has been made.
