Other Users. If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.
Other Users. We may, at your request, issue additional Cards or grant additional eBanking or Telephone Banking access, to allow others to transact on your Account. This Agreement applies to any additional Cards that we issue and any additional eBanking or Telephone Banking access that we allow. You agree that you are responsible for ensuring that any additional Card that we issue or eBanking or Telephone Banking access that we allow is used in accordance with this Agreement. Risk of additional users You are responsible for all expenditure that is incurred on any additional Card or by any additional eBanking or Telephone Banking access as if it was on your Card or your eBanking or Telephone Banking access.
Other Users. This Agreement applies to all users of your Connected Device. You are responsible and liable for all activities of users of your Connected Device, including all access to or use of the Services. Without limiting the foregoing, it is your responsibility to: • inform other users of your Connected Device that their access to and use of the Services is subject to this Agreement; • inform other users of the privacy statements that apply to the use of Services; and • ensure that other users of your Connected Device comply with the applicable terms of this Agreement.
Other Users. There are several types of Account users, such as guests, viewers and team members, all of whom are defined within the Service and referred to herein as “Authorized Users”, and collectively with the Admin, the “Users”. The features and functionalities available to the Users are determined by the respective subscription plan governing such Account, and the privileges of each such Authorized User are assigned and determined by the Account Admin(s). Other Users. 4.1 The Licensee may permit any employee of the Licensee to exercise the rights granted by the Licensor to the Licensee under Clause 3.2(c) and (d), subject always to the restrictions set out in Clause 3.
Other Users. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OTHER USERS HAVE ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM AND ARE RECEIVING OUR SERVICES. SUCH OTHER USERS HAVE COMMITTED TO COMPLY WITH OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES CONCERNING USE OF THE SYSTEM; HOWEVER, THE ACTIONS OF SUCH OTHER USERS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ACCORDINGLY, WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR OR RELATING TO ANY IMPAIRMENT OF THE PRIVACY, SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, INTEGRITY, AVAILABILITY, OR RESTRICTED USE OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ANY USER’S ACTIONS OR FAILURES TO ACT.
Other Users. We do not guarantee the identity of any User or other party or ensure that a buyer or seller is authorized to complete a transaction or will complete a transaction. Your interactions with other Users are solely between you and such Users. You agree that xxxxxx.xxx will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between you and any User, we are under no obligation to become involved.
Other Users. In addition to the uses identified above, CCC may access or disclose Personal Information under certain additional circumstances such as the following: (a) to protect or defend the legal rights or property of CCC and its corporate affiliates; (b) to protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (c) to comply with applicable law or legal process. Business Transactions In addition, if CCC sells all or part of its business or sells or transfers all or a material part of its assets, or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business, CCC may transfer your Personal Information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Other Users. It is your responsibility to impose any restrictions on viewing by you, other members of your household, or guests, and we will have no liability to anyone due to or based on the content of any of the Services furnished to you.
Other Users. Should Seller learn of a Program Error from any user other than Buyer, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of the Program Error and its potential impact on Buyer operations, and shall respond in accordance with the procedure described in the section entitled "Response" of this Exhibit A as if the Program Error was reported by Buyer.
