The Website Sample Clauses

The Website. Literacy Solutions offers websites and other digital assets and services available through the Internet that require end user registration. This document will refer to these digital assets, including software, products, applications, LS created content or other services offered in connection with Literacy Solutions web properties, collectively as "the Website". In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and more specific terms and conditions that apply to another Literacy Solutions Website or integrated partner Website, the more specific terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to such conflict and only to Websites governed by such other terms of use.
The Website. 1.1 Subject to clause 1.2, we will make the Website available to you on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. You must only use the Website, including any Content contained in the Database, in accordance with this Agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that the Website, and all intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of RH. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, patent marking, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Website. Subject to your compliance with the Terms, RH grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Website. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publish, post, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, or otherwise exploit any features, functionality, tools or content of the Website in any form or by any means, or sublicense the rights granted in the Terms, except as expressly permitted herein, without the prior written permission of RH. This foregoing license is subject to modification or revocation at any time at RH's sole discretion. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by RH or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in the Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you by the Terms are hereby reserved.
The Website | CCDG’s website hosts a number of Welsh Government initiatives, which provide clients with information and the opportunity to apply for courses, training and apprenticeships through Courses in Wales, Learning Pathways, the Common Area Prospectus, the National Work Experience Database, Apprenticeship Matching Service (AMS), Jobs Growth Wales (JGW) and other CCDG vacancies. Much of the information to support these initiatives is derived from CCDG’s close partnerships with schools, Further Education Colleges, Sector Skills Councils, Business in the Community, individual employers (large & small), and Local authorities (14-19 Learning Networks, Youth Service), and is valued by partners like the Youth Justice Service and the Job Centre as they work with their clients.
