Entitled Land means parcels of land owned by the Borrower or any Guarantor which are zoned for the construction of single-family dwellings, whether detached or attached (excluding mobile homes); provided, however, that the term “Entitled Land” shall not include Land Under Development, Finished Lots or any real property upon which the construction of Housing Units has commenced (as described in the definition of “Housing Unit”).

Summative evaluation means the comprehensive, end-of-cycle appraisal and shall incorporate the results of the minimum required observations, any additional observations, and required component-level data. At the discretion of the Evaluator, it may also include additional Announced, Unannounced, or Short observation data beyond the required observation data provided by other Credentialed Observers.
Independent Person means a person appointed under section 28(7) of the 2011 Act;
Permitted Number means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g., volume license) granted by Adobe.
Independent Investment Banker means one of the Reference Treasury Dealers appointed by the Company.
Annual summative evaluation rating means an annual evaluation rating that is based on appraisals of educator practice and student performance, and includes all measures captured in a teacher’s evaluation rubric. Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.
Independent Inspector means a qualified third-party petroleum inspection contractor acceptable to both parties providing petroleum sampling, measurement and other services before, during and after a Delivery.

Attendees An Association staff member shall represent the bargaining unit alone, or with not more than five (5) employees. Attendee or “Participant” means persons attending or participating in the Program as (i) a presenter, speaker, trainer, or student, (ii) the Judicial Council’s staff, and/or (iii) the guests of any of the persons listed previously.

Short Exposure means a short inversed leveraged exposure to the Reference Asset.
Net Xxxx-to-Market Exposure of a Person means, as of any date of determination, the excess (if any) of all unrealized losses over all unrealized profits of such Person arising from Rate Management Transactions. “Unrealized losses” means the fair market value of the cost to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming the Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date), and “unrealized profits” means the fair market value of the gain to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming such Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date).
