Workday Sample Clauses
The Workday clause defines what constitutes a standard working day for the purposes of the contract. It typically specifies the days of the week and the hours during which work is expected to be performed, such as Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding public holidays. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when contractual obligations, deadlines, or response times are measured, thereby preventing disputes related to timing and availability.
