JOB TITLES. A. Principal Functional Responsibilities: • Providing executive level consultation services to the Customer • Providing senior-level interface with the Customer and manages daily operations • Ensuring the timely performance and completion of all contractual obligations • Organizing and directing the overall performance of the contract • Possessing the authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the Contractor • Formulating organizational strategy and directing major strategic initiatives • Ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within budgetary parameters • Developing and maintaining Customer relationships • Assisting on large, complex or multi-discipline engagements • Allocating financial and human resources, and material assets • Formulating and enforcing work standards • Participating in the design phase of tasks and ensuring their successful execution
JOB TITLES. Each occupation into which an employee may be classified is referred to by a Job Title. The Job Title, though indicating as clearly as possible the general nature of the work performed, serves only as a distinguishing reference and is not to be taken as a statement of job content.
JOB TITLES. The following are the job title(s) as established by this Agreement. Sales and Service Technician
JOB TITLES. The job titles of employees covered under this Agreement and the 4 corresponding rates of pay are set forth in Addendum A which is attached hereto and made a part of 5 this Agreement.
JOB TITLES. Job titles of those working in the bargaining unit are set forth in Appendix A.
JOB TITLES. The Vendor has provided the job titles of those individuals with access to the Data in Exhibit B.
JOB TITLES. 1. The Company agrees to furnish the Union with a list of the employees and their job titles, and to keep the Union informed of any changes therein.
JOB TITLES. (a) The Union will represent those Employees who occupy a position in the Employer’s classified service that requires work on a continuous basis for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week; is classified in one of the jobs listed in (b), below; or whose duties are covered by or similar to the job specifications of these titles. Positions covered under this Agreement will not be eliminated or divided into lesser hours solely to avoid qualifying for union status.
JOB TITLES. The following job titles are in use as of July 1, 2019. This list is for descriptive purposes only and does not mean that the jobs will continue to exist nor is it intended to be all inclusive or limit the scope of the bargaining units as identified in this Appendix A by excluding new, modified, or overlooked classifications performing duties similar in nature to duties historically performed by members of the bargaining units. If the job title has a common abbreviation for use in Western’s Banner HR System, the abbreviation will follow the title. BARGAINING UNIT D:
