Supplementary Payment. 01 In addition to the basic salary to which an employee is entitled pursuant to the Salary Grid, employees may be awarded supplementary payment of one or more of the following types:

Supplementary Payment. If Company concludes that a repair or service has been made necessary by a degradation or emergent condition affecting the Property’s pre-existing condition, and the Company concludes that the repair is beyond the scope of work of its ability, the Company does hereby agrees to pay to the homeowner $150.00 towards the services of any qualified xxxxxxx capable of performing the necessary repairs. Supplementary Payment. In addition to the base rate of pay, a supplementary payment shall be payable in accordance with this clause. The supplementary payment is payable for all purposes and is payable during periods of paid leave. The supplementary payment has been determined through the incorporation of the following conditions into the hourly rate: payment for public holidays as listed in clause F10 of this Agreement inclusive except for Good Friday and Christmas Day; shift penalty rates; (excluding 12.5% broken shift penalty); overtime rates and related arrangements; annual leave loading or shift penalties which may be paid in lieu of the loading; meal allowances; and work practice changes. Employees in receipt of a supplementary payment are not also eligible for payments in accordance with clauses elsewhere in this Agreement that provide for conditions incorporated into the hourly supplementary payment. The supplementary payment shall be the difference between the Composite Hourly Rate and the Rate of Pay as explained in Clause 4 - Composite Hourly Rate and Clause 5 – Rates of Pay in this Schedule. Composite Hourly Rate The Composite Hourly Rate shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: Base Hourly rate + Supplementary Payment = Composite Hourly Rate. Rates of Pay The supplementary payment and related composite hourly rates are detailed in Annex A - Classifications and Rates of Pay of this Agreement. Trainer/Assessors Allowance Bus Operators who are required to work in identified Trainer / Assessors positions will be paid the Transport Officer 2 rate in Annex A - Classifications and Rates of Pay of this Agreement. There shall be a minimum of 5 Trainer/ Assessors. Bus Operators who are required to perform Trainer /Assessor duties on a temporary basis will be paid as Transport Officer 2s when they are performing those duties. A new allowance will be introduced titled “Trainer/Assessor Qualification Allowance”. All employees (nominal occupant or acting role) must also hold a current Certificate IV qualification – Heavy Vehicle Assessor, to qualify for payment of the allowance. For clarity, this allowance is not payable where a Certificate IV qualification – Heavy Vehicle Assessor is not held or has expired. Eligibility to complete training for accreditation will be at the discretion of Director PT Operations and only where justified and needed for operational requirements. Composite Hourly Rate The composite hourly rate shall be calculated in accordance with the following formula: Hourly base rate of pay + supplementary payment = composite hourly rate The composite hourly rate will be varied in accordance with increases in rates of pay stipulated in this Agreement.
Supplementary Payment. 1. An employee whose job description has been established, and who has left Xxxxxxx before the (re)classification procedure for his position was completed, is entitled to a supplementary payment over the period starting at the moment when the job description was determined until the end of the employment contract.
