Supplementary Payment. 01 In addition to the basic salary to which an employee is entitled pursuant to the Salary Grid, employees may be awarded supplementary payment of one or more of the following types: (a) Shift Differential Bonus (b) Market Differential Bonus (c) Temporary Assignment Bonus (see 13.14)
