Production Overtime. The SHA is calculated by multiplying the SIP Base rate by the Services Hours Factor. The hours of extra production overtime worked outside normal rostered hours. Service Hours Factor Explanation The KSHF will be dependent on productivity. This relationship is shown in Table 3. Our initial productivity target is 9000 hL per operations person per year. The minimum KSHF will be 15%. For annualised productivities greater than 9000 hL per person per year, the KSHF will be increased by 1% for every additional 500 hL per person per year to a maximum of 25%. Productivity is calculated by dividing the previous 12 months production by the current number of employees. This will be calculated 3 monthly and the KSHF paid for the following 3 months. The KSHF can go down as well as up. The minimum is 15% and the maximum will be 25%. Productivities will be reported to employees regularly. Productivity figures are based on beer produced to company standards for distribution and sales. Productivity can be substantially influenced by: Major technological change (eg: high gravity brewing) Major capital expenditure* (eg: projects >$1.5m) Radical changes in work systems In the event of such circumstances, the Work Organisation Team will discuss and agree on the impact on the KSHF (* Productivity improvements arising from currently approved projects are not affected by this clause and will contribute to the KSHF). Production Overtime. First [Less than 8 hours notice] to the employees whose relief fails to report, next to employees in the classification who are at work on the job in the departmental unit. Second To the temporary employee who is performing the job which requires overtime to be worked at the end of the shift, will be offered the opportunity. Classified employees overlooked in this step will not be entitled to a monetary remedy unless such overlook is called to the attention of supervision before leaving the plant. Third To permanent employees in the job classification involved, the low employee on the overtime list getting the first opportunity. Fourth To qualified available employees in the departmental unit. Fifth To any qualified available employee in the Plant, Production department employees get the first opportunity. Sixth If the vacancy remains unfilled through the above procedure, the employee(s) whose relief fails to report will be required to accept the overtime work.
Production Overtime. Overtime may be required to be worked from time to time to complete daily production. Should this be necessary a minimum of thirty (30) minutes overtime will be paid if one oven remains unpushed and a minimum of one (1) hours overtime will be paid if there are more than two ovens to be pushed. To qualify for the bonus on any day an employee must be at work on that day unless absent for part of shift with approval. Employees who leave the site without the permission of their supervisor earlier that the agreed time for showering will not receive the bonus for that day. All other absences will not qualify for payment of the bonus.

  • Production Work The Company may use Outside Entities to perform production work outside the plant and its environs provided the Company demonstrates that it is utilizing plant equipment to the maximum extent consistent with equipment capability and customer requirements and the Company is making necessary capital investments to remain competitive in the steel business and is in compliance with Article Eleven, Section B (Investment Commitment).

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

  • LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Building, as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • Access to Premises Landlord, its agents, servants, or employees may enter the Premises at reasonable times with reasonable advance notice to Tenant (or an authorized employee of Tenant at the Premises), and at any time, upon reasonable notice to Tenant under the circumstances, in an emergency, to do the following: inspect the Premises; comply with all laws, orders, ordinances and requirements of any governmental unit or authority for which Landlord may be responsible under this Lease, if any; show the Premises to prospective lenders or purchasers and, during the ninety (90) days immediately prior to the expiration of this Lease if Tenant declines to renew for an additional term in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to prospective tenants, but only if all such showings are accompanied by a representative of Tenant if so requested by Tenant; or post (on the Development, but not within or at the entrance of the Premises) for sale or for lease signs; provided; however, that all such entries shall be completed promptly in a good workmanlike manner so as to cause the least practical interference to Tenant’s business and Tenant’s use of the Premises. In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.

  • Production Lessee shall, subject to applicable laws, regulations and orders, operate and produce all xxxxx upon the leased land so long as the same are capable of producing in paying quantities, and shall operate the same so as to produce at a rate commensurate with the rate of production of xxxxx on adjoining lands within the same field and within the limits of good engineering practice, except for such times as there exist neither market nor storage therefore, and except for such limitations on, or suspensions of, production as may be approved in writing by Lessor. Lessee shall be responsible for adequate site security on all producing properties.

  • Cost Overruns The Borrower shall ensure that all cost-overruns over the estimated construction costs of the Project as certified by a quantity surveyor or the Architect or as ascertained by the Lender as and when they occur shall be funded by the Borrower’s own equity;

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.
