The terms “other party” is defined as public or private nonprofit agencies or organizations and certain (limited) private for-profit entities who receive Grant Funds from a Subrecipient to undertake Approved Projects.
The Subrecipient shall require that the language of this certification be included in all contracts or subcontracts entered into in connection with the Approved Project(s) and shall certify and disclose accordingly.
Approved Projects involving new construction shall be rent and income restricted and must remain affordable for a minimum affordability period of 20 years beginning upon the Department’s receipt of the Project Completion Report as defined in Section 30(A)(4) herein.
Collective Work – the scope of work required of the Subrecipient as set forth in section 3 of Exhibit A, and the scope of work required of an Approved Project(s) as set forth in its Notice(s) to Proceed.
