Loading Sample Clauses

Loading. Not to place a load upon the Premises exceeding an average rate of one hundred (100) pounds of live load per square foot of floor area; and not to move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such a manner and at such times as Landlord shall in each instance approve; Tenant's business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure shall be placed and maintained by Tenant in settings of cork, rubber, spring, or other types of vibration eliminators sufficient to eliminate such vibration or noise;
Loading. RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.
Loading. You can load funds into your E-Money Wallet using one of the payment methods available on the Site, such as a credit or debit card or bank transfer (your E-Money Wallet will show loaded funds once we have received them). Loading of funds may be done manually, or as part of a recurring transaction that you set up on your Coinbase Account (see Section 5.10 below for more details). When funds are loaded into the E-Money Wallet you will be issued with E-Money by Coinbase Payments that represents the funds you have loaded. The E-Money Wallet is not a deposit or investment account which means that your E-Money will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Coinbase Payments will only hold funds received from users in a designated safekeeping account with a regulated financial institution. E-Money held in an E-Money Wallet will not earn any interest. Your E-Money Wallet may hold E-Money denominated in different currencies and we will show the E-Money balance for each currency that you hold.
Loading. Unless Shipper has requested in writing and Cornerstone agrees in writing to arrange for the Motor Carrier to provide loading services before dispatch, Shipper will be responsible for ensuring that cargo is properly and safely loaded, supported, blocked, braced and secured. Furthermore, Shipper will be responsible for expenses and cargo loss and damage arising out of any load shift that occurs during normal riggers of transportation due to improper or insufficient loading, blocking and bracing. Motor carrier shall be responsible for loss or damage when its actions exceed the normal riggers or transportation. At no time shall Cornerstone be liable for loss or damages due to load shift or lack of blocking and bracing of the shipment.
Loading. No Owner or its agents licensees or contractors shall place on any part of the Land or of the Building or any part of the floor of any Unit any vehicle, article, machinery, goods or merchandise which may cause the maximum floor loading-bearing capacity thereof to be exceeded. In the event of a breach of this paragraph, the defaulting Owner shall indemnify the other Owners and the Manager against all losses, damages and expenses that may be suffered or incurred as a result of such a breach and without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, make good any damage caused to the relevant part of the Building or the Unit or any fixtures and fittings therein.

Loading. Owner further undertakes that the high duty compressors will throughout the Term enable the Vessel’s cargo to be loaded in not more than the number of hours specified in Schedule I; provided shore installations can load at such rate and also provided that the shore supplies a suitable gas return line. Time for connecting and disconnecting and cooling of shore liquid arms shall not be included in the computation of loading time.
Loading. Allowable loading requirements for the bin and drop box contents shall be based on the manufacturer’s load limits. See Attachment D for allowable load limits.
