Loading. RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.
Loading. Contractor shall not load or permit any part of the Equipment or Owner Equipment to be loaded at the Site so as to endanger the safety of Persons or property.
Loading. Not to place Tenant's Property, as defined in Section 5.1.8, upon the Premises so as to exceed the floor load limits to be set forth in the Design Documents and not to move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such manner and at such times as Landlord shall in each instance approve; Tenant's business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration or noise that may be detectable outside of the Premises shall be placed or maintained by Tenant in settings of cork, rubber, spring, or other types of vibration or noise eliminators sufficient to reduce such vibration or noise to a level reasonably acceptable to Landlord.
Loading. Not to place a load upon the Premises exceeding an average rate of one hundred and fifty (150) pounds of live load per square foot of floor area, and not to move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such a manner and at such times as Landlord shall in each instance approve, Tenant's business machines and mechanical equipment which cause vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other leased space in the Building shall be placed and maintained by Tenant in settings of cork, rubber, spring, or other types of vibration eliminators sufficient to eliminate such vibration or noise,
Loading. Minimum allowable loading requirements for the Bin and Drop Box contents shall be approved by the Agency prior to purchase based on the minimum manufacturer’s load limits, as specified in Attachment D.

Loading. You can load funds into your E-Money Wallet using bank transfer (or other payment methods available on the Site for your location), and your E-Money Wallet will show loaded funds once we have received them. Loading of funds may be done manually, or as part of a recurring transaction that you set up on your Coinbase Account (see Section 5.12 below for more details). You may only load your own funds, from your own account, and not from any joint, pooled or third party account. When funds are loaded into the E-Money Wallet you will be issued with E-Money by Coinbase Payments that represents the funds you have loaded. The E-Money Wallet is not a deposit or investment account which means that your E-Money will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Coinbase Payments will only hold funds received from users in a designated safekeeping account with a regulated financial institution. E-Money held in an E-Money Wallet will not earn any interest. Your E-Money Wallet may hold E-Money denominated in different currencies and we will show the E-Money balance for each currency that you hold.
Loading. This hourly rate is to be increased by a loading of 12.5% for all time worked up to and including 7 hours 21 minutes in any day or 36.75 hours in any week with the following exception. The loading is not applied where it would raise the total salary for a period of 7 hours 21 minutes or less in any day or a period of 36.75 hours or less in any week beyond the total salary that an employee earning the same hourly rate without the 12.5% loading would earn for a total of 7 hours 21 minutes in a day or a total of 36.75 hours in a week as the case may be.
Loading. After the receipt of the NOR pursuant to section 9.7, the Seller, having regard to the requirements of the Loading Terminal, Loading Terminal procedures and the time when the vessel has complied with the provisions of section 9.7.a, shall commence loading as soon as reasonably practicable.
