No Further Claims. The parties to this Agency Specific Agreement undertake that for the term of this Agreement there will be no further claims on matters contained in this Agreement, except where provided for through the General Agreement.
No Further Claims. (a) The parties bound by this agreement acknowledge that this Agreement settles all claims in relation to the terms and conditions of employment of the employees to whom it applies and agree that they will not pursue any extra claims during the term of this Agreement.
No Further Claims. (1) This Agreement is in full and final settlement of all parties’ claims for its duration. It is a term of this Agreement that no party will pursue any extra claims relating to wages or conditions of employment whether dealt with in this Agreement or not.

(1) Upon the Effective Date, each Releasor shall not now or hereafter institute, continue, maintain, intervene in or assert, either directly or indirectly, whether in Canada or elsewhere, on their own behalf or on behalf of any class or any other Person, any proceeding, cause of action, claim or demand against any Releasee, or any other Person who may claim contribution or indemnity, or other claims over relief, from any Releasee, whether pursuant to the Negligence Act, RSO 1990, c. N. 1 or other legislation or at common law or equity in respect of any Released Claim, except for the continuation of the Proceedings against the Non-Settling Defendants or named or unnamed co-conspirators that are not Releasees or, if the Proceedings are not certified or authorized with respect to the Non-Settling Defendants, the continuation of the claims asserted in the Proceedings on an individual basis or otherwise against any Non- Settling Defendant or named or unnamed co-conspirator that is not a Releasee. For greater certainty and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasors shall not assert or pursue a Released Claim, against any Releasee under the laws of any foreign jurisdiction.
No Further Claims. It is a condition of this agreement that the parties will not seek any further claims with respect to salaries or conditions unless they are consistent with the State Wage Case Principles.
No Further Claims. 7.1 The parties to this General Agreement undertake that for the term of this General Agreement there will be no salary increases sought or granted other than those provided under the terms of this General Agreement. This includes salary adjustments arising out of State Wage Cases. Such increases are to be absorbed in the salaries set out in this General Agreement.

No Further Claims. (1) Upon the Effective Date, the Releasors shall not then or thereafter institute, continue, maintain or assert, either directly or indirectly, whether in Canada or elsewhere, on their own behalf or on behalf of any class or any other Person, any action, suit, cause of action, claim or demand against any Releasee, or any other Person who may claim contribution or indemnity or other claims over relief from any Releasee, in respect of any Released Claim, except for the continuation of the Proceedings against the Non-Settling Defendants or unnamed alleged co- conspirators that are not Releasees or, if the Proceedings are not certified or authorized, the continuation of the claims asserted in the Proceedings on an individual basis or otherwise against any Non-Settling Defendant or unnamed co-conspirator that is not a Releasee. For greater certainty and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasors shall not assert or pursue a Released Claim against any Releasee under the laws of any foreign jurisdiction.
No Further Claims. 6.1. It is expressly agreed that for the duration of this Agreement, no further claims or demands whatsoever will be made by one party against the other.
