Work areas definition

Work areas means areas surrounding the electrical support structures, towers, poles, and guy wires which must be cleared to enable equipment to install and maintain the power line.
Work areas means areas on the ramp, tarmac, or maintenance facility where employees routinely and in the ordinary scope of their employment come within 200 feet from operating jet engine of an aircraft. Defendants shall place prominently all signs posted under this section with such conspicuousness as to render it likely that employees will see and read the same. A warning sign under this subsection shall state: WARNING: This area contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Work areas means the areas in which the Services are to be performed as set out in Schedule 3

Examples of Work areas in a sentence

  • Contractor shall secure all Work areas prior to the end of each workday.

  • Work areas containing computers or source documents should be secured from public access unless Subrecipient's representative is present.

  • Work areas, for the Departments of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, Youth Services and the Ohio Veterans Home are governed by the August 31, 1987 Memorandum of Understanding between the Employer and the Union as set forth in Appendix N.

  • Contractor shall, at all times, keep the Work areas, including storage areas used by it, in a clean and orderly condition and free from combustible debris and waste materials.

More Definitions of Work areas

Work areas means a part of an aerodrome in which maintenance or construction works are in progress.
Work areas means places where work activities are normally conducted or where employees carry out assigned duties. (Contrast with “Non-Work Areas.”)
Work areas means the properties identified in the Work Plan at which the Work will be conducted under this Settlement Agreement.
