Service Hours definition

Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

Service Hours means the hours limited in the applicable Notification Form during which the Services are provided, it being understood that different Service Hours can apply for different Services.

• The bidder is required to provide 99% system availability uptime measured over a calendar month based on Service Hours of 24/7/365 for the core modules.

• Service Provider will provide telephone and email support via Service Provider Customer Service ("Support Channels") during the defined Service Hours.

Service Hours shall have the meaning given such term in Section 6.1 hereof.
