Private Health Insurance. Where the payment of the claim for the liability would constitute the carrying on of “Health Insurance Business” as defined in the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 (Cth) or any succeeding or previous legislation relating to “Health Insurance Business” or which would result in a breach of the provisions of the Health Insurance Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Private Health Insurance. Provided that the Executive complies with any eligibility requirements or other conditions set by the Company and any insurer appointed by the Company, the Executive, his spouse and where applicable his children under 21 may, at the Company’s expense, participate in the Company’s private health insurance arrangements subject always to the rules of the scheme.
Private Health Insurance. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s private health insurance scheme subject to: (i) the terms of that scheme, as amended from time to time; (ii) the rules or insurance policy of the relevant insurance provider, as amended from time to time; and (iii) the Employee and, if applicable, his spouse/partner and any children under the age of 18 satisfying the normal underwriting requirements of the relevant insurance provider and the premium being at a rate which the Company considers reasonable in its sole and absolute discretion. If the insurance provider refuses for any reason to provide private health insurance benefit to the Employee or his family, the Company shall not be liable to provide any replacement benefit of the same or similar kind or to pay any compensation in lieu of such benefit and is not under a duty to commence proceedings against the insurer on behalf of the Employee. The existence of such a scheme and/or the provision of any benefits or rights in relation to them is without prejudice to the Company’s right to terminate the Employee’s employment at any time in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. The Company in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to discontinue, vary or amend the scheme (including the level of the Employee’s coverage and benefits under such scheme) at any time on reasonable notice to the Employee. If Employee ceases providing Services to the Company for any reason or a notice of termination is provided by either the Company or Employee under clause 7.2, the Employee shall automatically cease to be entitled to participate in or receive any benefits under the health insurance scheme described under this Section 3.6.

Most insurance companies have a deductible (i.e., amount paid by the patient before the insurance coverage begins) and either a co-pay (i.e, a set dollar amount per visit) or coinsurance (i.e., a percent of the allowed charges). Deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance payments are due at the time of service. We will bill you for coinsurance or other balances due after we have been paid by your insurance company or notified of their denial for payment.
Private Health Insurance. If the Executive complies with any eligibility requirements or other conditions set by the Company and any insurer appointed by the Company, the Executive and his spouse and any dependant children whilst they remain in full time education up to the age of 26 may participate in the Company’s private health insurance arrangements at the Company’s expense and subject to the terms of those arrangements from time to time. In the case of the Executive’s dependant children in full time education up to the age of 26 and (for 2016 only) the Executive’s spouse, the Company shall arrange and pay for private health insurance in the United States at the same level of cover (or higher) as they enjoy at the date the Executive signs this agreement and with effect from the date that their current coverage ends. In 2017 and subsequent years, the Executive’s spouse shall participate in the Company’s private health insurance arrangements in the United Kingdom. The Company reserves the right to withdraw this benefit, or to amend the terms upon which it is provided, on reasonable notice to the Executive.
