Company Vehicle. Silverleaf shall furnish Employee a company owned vehicle for use by Employee in performing his or her duties, and Silverleaf shall pay all expenses associated therewith.

Company Vehicle. Employee shall be entitled to use of a Company-leased vehicle during the term of Employee’s employment with the Company up to a maximum expense for the Company of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) per calendar year, subject to the provisions of Section 3.4(ii) above.

Company Vehicle. Company shall provide Executive with a Company vehicle and reimburse Executive for the reasonable expenses associated with operation of the vehicle, including insurance, fuel and repair expenses.
Company Vehicle. The Executive shall be entitled to the use of a Class 2 vehicle, as shall be determined by the Company (the "Car"). The Company shall incur all reasonable expenses associated with use of the Car, including fuel expenses, however excluding personal traffic fines, payments to the tax authorities resulting from the use of the Car ("Shovi Shimush") and the like, and the Executive hereby authorizes the Company to deduct any such amount from any amount owing to him thereby, including from the Salary. The use of the Car shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Company's car internal procedures, as may be amended from time to time by the Company and the Executive hereby authorizes the Company to deduct any amount needs to be deducted according to such internal procedures from any amount owing to him thereby, including from the Salary. The Employee shall bear any tax payments resulting from the aforesaid, to the extent applicable. The Car will be returned to the Company by the Employee immediately upon termination of Employee's employment by the Company, for any reason whatsoever.
Company Vehicle. In order to perform your role you will be provided with a fully maintained tool of trade vehicle in accordance with the Xxxxxx Australia Motor Vehicle (Tool of Trade) policy. Should your role change to the extent that a vehicle is no longer required you must return the vehicle to the company. A condition of making this vehicle available to you is that you advise your manager as soon as possible following any accident or traffic infringement involving the vehicle irrespective of who may be driving at the time of the incident. The circumstances surrounding the accident or infringement and any relevant driver history may give rise to consideration of disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Removal of the use of the vehicle may also be considered.
