Notice to the Parties. All notices or communications required by this Agreement shall be made in writing and shall be effective upon receipt by the Sponsor or the Consultant at their respective addresses of record. Letters or other documents which are prepared in 8.5 x 11 inch format may be delivered by telefax, provided that an original is received at the same address as that to which that telefax message was sent, within three (3) business days of the telefax transmission. Either party may change its address of record by written notice to the other party.

Notice to the Parties. Any notice to be given by any party to the other under this Agreement will be given by registered or certified mail, telegram, or messenger with addressee signing receipt upon delivery. If given by the Board, said notice will be sent to the President, Winooski Education Association and if given by the Association, said notice will be sent to the Winooski Board of School Trustees, c/o Superintendent of Schools.
