Privacy Act. If performance involves design, development or operation of a system of records on individuals, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.224-1 Privacy Act Notification (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.224-2 Privacy Act (Apr 1984).
Privacy Act. To protect Customer Information (as defined below) and to comply as may be necessary with the requirements of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act, the relevant state and federal regulations pursuant thereto and state privacy laws, the parties wish to include the confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations set forth herein.
Privacy Act. The Treasury may determine that, in connection with the services provided under this FAA, the Financial Agent has obtained or developed a system of records as defined under the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a. For purposes of the Privacy Act, when a Government agency delegates the development, operation or maintenance of a system of records on individuals to accomplish an agency function, the person that operates the system is bound by the Privacy Act as if such person were an employee of the agency. Violations of the Privacy Act may involve the imposition of criminal penalties. If the Treasury makes such a determination, it shall so notify the Financial Agent. After receiving such notice, the Financial Agent shall promptly provide training to all of its employees and affiliate and contractor personnel with access to such system of records on the duties and responsibilities imposed on them by the Privacy Act and by applicable regulations and guidance, including the potential penalties for wrongful disclosure.
Privacy Act. (a) The Company and the Dealer Manager shall comply with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding customer and consumer privacy, including Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. “
Privacy Act. 2.8.1 Attention is drawn to the Privacy Xxx 0000 which outlines responsibility for the collection, storage and availability of personal information.
Privacy Act. (a) You shall comply with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding customer and consumer privacy, including Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Privacy provisions of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act limit disclosure of customer information to uses required by law, regulation or rule, or uses consistent with the purposes for which this information was disclosed in this Agreement. “
Privacy Act. All personal information is requested on a voluntary basis; however, if you do not provide this personal information, your offer will not be accepted and the contract will not be awarded to you. Solicitation of this information is necessary for the Government to conduct its contracting program and thus is authorized under the National Forest Management Act of 1976, (16 USC 472a). The principle purpose for collecting this information is to allow for proper award of a stewardship contract and to provide for administration of that contract after award. Other routine uses of this data include: (a) compilation of small business data to determine needs for set-aside contracts, (b) determination of volume purchased in any specific time period by a single contractor, and (c) determination of volume under contract by a contractor.
Privacy Act. The Contractor agrees that none of the funds paid through this contract may be used in contravention of section 552a of title 5, United States Code (popularly known as the Privacy Act), and regulations implementing that section. (Sec. 732)
Privacy Act. The Board and the Principal will abide by the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act. Schedule A – Allowances 1 Where applicable to the school, the Principal shall receive an allowance calculated and payable in accordance with the isolation allowance applying to teachers in the school.
Privacy Act. Work on this project may require personnel to have access to privacy information. Personnel shall adhere to the Privacy Act, Title 5 of the U.S. Code, Section 552a and applicable agency rules and regulations.
