Expenses Paid. All material expenses and liabilities related to Target’s ownership or, to the Knowledge of such Seller, the Third Party operator’s operation of the Properties have been and are being timely paid.
Expenses Paid. On each Funding Date, the Obligors shall have paid all legal fees and expenses of the Loan Agent, the Initial Lender and the Collateral Agent due and payable on or before such Funding Date if the Borrowers are responsible therefor under Section 9.3 and have received reasonably detailed invoices therefor promptly following the relevant Notice of Borrowing.
Expenses Paid. The Company shall have paid to the Administrative Agent all fees, costs, and expenses payable pursuant to this Amendment and the other Loan Documents, including those payable in accordance with Section 15.4 of the Credit Agreement, including the reasonable fees and out-of-pocket costs and expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent incurred prior to or otherwise in connection with this Amendment to the extent invoiced to the Company. For purposes of clarification, no amendment fee will be payable in connection with this Amendment.
Expenses Paid. If permission is granted, travelling, accommodation, and meal costs necessary to attend such conferences and workshops will be as authorized in advance.
Expenses Paid. The Administrative Agent shall have received all amounts owing by the Borrower pursuant to Section 9.03(a) of the Credit Agreement in connection with this Amendment to the extent invoiced at least three Business Days prior to the Amendment Effective Date.
Expenses Paid. The costs and expenses already paid by the ------------- Company which are to be borne by the Existing Shareholders pursuant to Section 9.1 total $87,395.
Expenses Paid. (A) All expenses relating to the ownership or operation of the Subject Properties (including, without limitation, all bills for labor and materials and supplies used or furnished for use in connection with the Subject Properties) have been paid (timely, properly and before the same became delinquent) or are pending payment and are within payment terms.

The Borrowers shall have paid all Obligations due, after giving effect to this Amendment, on or before the Amendment Effective Date, including, without limitation, all reasonable costs and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, reproduction, execution and delivery of this Amendment and all other Credit Documents entered into in connection herewith (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and out-of-pocket expenses of counsel for the Administrative Agent with respect thereto and all other Credit Documents) and all other reasonable costs, expenses and fees due under any Credit Document and as set forth in Section 5 hereof.
Expenses Paid. There shall have been paid to the Lender all expenses (including invoiced reasonable fees and expenses of counsel) due and payable on or before the Effective Date.
Expenses Paid. By signing this Agreement, Employee represents 1) that he has submitted all necessary business expenses incurred by him up through June 10, 2020; 2) he has not incurred and will not incur any further business expenses given he has been relieved of all duties and has not been on the Company’s premises or assigned work since June 10; and 3) he has been reimbursed for all necessary business expenses Employee incurred during his employment with the Company. The Company represents that it has reviewed and approved all expense reports and Employee has been paid all outstanding expenses submitted.
