Last Day. 2.3 The Charge shall not extend or apply to the last day of the term of any lease or agreement to lease but upon the enforcement of the Charge the Debtor shall stand possessed of such last day in trust for the Agent to assign the same to any person acquiring such term in the course of enforcement of the Charge.

At any time during the trial period the driver may elect to return to his/her original route.
