In case of enforcement of the scheme, the Contractor shall be liable to pay his contribution and the employees contribution to the State Insurance Scheme in respect of all labour employed by him for the execution of the Contract, in accordance with the provision of “The Employees State Insurance Act, 1948” as amended from time to time.
Payment of contribution of wages of employer’s contributions towards Provident Fund, Family Pension Scheme, Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, Administrative Charges etc.
The amount so recovered shall be adjusted against the actual contribution payable under Employees State Insurance Scheme.
