Engagement. Client hereby engages Consultant on a non-exclusive basis, and Consultant hereby accepts the engagement to become a financial consultant to the Client and to render such advice, consultation, information, and services to the Directors and/or Officers of the Client regarding general financial and business matters including, but not limited to:
Engagement. The Issuer and the Owner Trustee engage the Administrator to perform certain duties of the Issuer and the Owner Trustee under the Transaction Documents on the terms set forth in this Agreement and the Administrator accepts such engagement.
Engagement. Company hereby engages StartEngine to provide the services set out herein upon the subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, Terms of Use (“Platform Terms”), and Privacy Policy; each of which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement. Company has read and agreed to the Terms of Use and Company understands that this Posting Agreement governs Company’s use of the Site and the Services. Terms not defined herein are as defined in Platform Terms.
Engagement. The Company hereby retains and engages Consultant to perform the following consulting services (the "Consulting Services");
Engagement. The Issuer engages Ford Credit as the Servicer of the Receivables for the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, and Ford Credit accepts the engagement.
Engagement. Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the Company hereby continues to engage the Manager to provide the management and real estate investment services contemplated by this Agreement with respect to the Company’s business and real estate investments and the Manager hereby accepts such continued engagement.
Engagement. The Company hereby engages the Consultant and the Consultant hereby agrees to render, at the request of the Company, independent advisory and consulting services for the Company in connection with the organization of a proposed bank (the “Bank”), upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Engagement. The Company hereby retains Advisor, effective as of the date hereof ( the "Effective Date") and continuing until termination, as provided herein, to assist the Company in it's effecting the purchase of businesses and assets relative to its business and growth strategy, general business and financial issues consulting, the introduction of the Company to brokers and dealers, public relations firms and consultants and others that may assist the Company in its plans and future and to assist in the acquisition of xxxxx and other producing properties (the "Services"). The Services are to be provided on a "best efforts" basis directly and through Advisor's officers or others employed or retained and under the direction of Advisor ("Advisor's Personnel"); provided, however, that the Services shall expressly exclude all legal advice, accounting services or other services which require licenses or certification which Advisor may not have.
Engagement. The Company hereby engages Sterling as a financial and management consultant, and Sterling hereby agrees to provide financial and management consulting services to the Company, all on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth below.
Engagement. The Trust, being duly authorized, engages Administrator to perform the services described in this Agreement. Administrator shall perform such services upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Any services undertaken by Administrator pursuant to this Agreement, as well as any other activities undertaken by Administrator on behalf of the Trust pursuant hereto, shall at all times be subject to the direction and control of the Board of Trustees of the Trust. Administrator shall at all times conform to, and shall use reasonable efforts to cause each Fund to conform to: (i) all applicable provisions of the 1940 Act and any rules and regulations adopted thereunder; (ii) the provisions of the Registration Statement of the Trust under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “1933 Act”) and the 1940 Act as amended from time to time; (iii) the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and By-Laws of the Trust; and (iv) any other applicable provisions of state and federal law.
