Pilot Program. At his discretion, the Fire Chief may establish a pilot program to evaluate the viability of a service delivery model different from that of a fire engine response team (i.e. a “paramedic squad”). Should the Fire Chief decide to do so, he shall give notice to VCPFA and, upon timely request of VCPFA, the parties shall meet and confer concerning any aspect of implementation and effects of the decision that are within the scope of representation.

Pilot Program. In an effort to contribute to the success of students, on a pilot basis beginning in Spring 2023 and continuing through December 31, 2025 only, the District will budget two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for the year to provide for a limited number of paid additional office hours for adjunct professors for both the fall and spring semesters. The budgeted amount will be distributed equally over fall and spring, and any amounts not used will be rolled over to the following academic year to supplement the budgeted two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). The time of weekly student office hours shall be in writing and communicated to the students via the course syllabus and the college’s learning management system. Adjunct professors may be approved up to a maximum of eight (8) total hours. Adjunct professors shall provide a plan to the Educational Administrator on how they will distribute their approved total hours. Student office hours must be scheduled during a time students are reasonably expected to be available. Student office hours are potentially available to those adjunct professors who choose to apply for student office hour funding. Student office hours will be communicated to students by the adjunct professor providing an updated syllabus and notice on the college’s learning management system. It is up to the adjunct professor to identify a student office hour location in collaboration with the educational administrator. The Vice President or Xxxxxxx will invite adjunct professors to participate in the pilot program. Adjunct professors who are interested must complete the appropriate request form by Friday of the first week of each semester. Priority will be given to adjunct professors with the greatest amount of LHE all the way down to the least LHE. Determination by the area Vice President or Xxxxxxx will be made no later than the second week of the semester.

Pilot Program. Based upon the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, and a requirement from the State of New Mexico that a portion of the 2019-2020 instructional time for students be recovered during the 2020-2021 school year, the district will implement a pilot program of ten (10) additional days of Extended Learning Plan time. These ten (10) days will occur, if the district is approved for the program by the NMPED, at the end of the Board approved 2020-2021, 182 day calendar. All participating staff will be compensated at their daily rate of pay for these ten (10) additional days of work.
Pilot Program. (a) Landlord's predecessor in interest entered into the PILOT Lease to enable Starter (as hereinafter defined) to reduce or freeze the real estate taxes and other impositions for the Demised Premises by participating in the Payment In Lieu Of Taxes ("PILOT Program") available through the City of Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee. In connection with Tenant's intended use and occupancy of the Demised Premises, Tenant has applied for, and has been granted by the IDB, the right to participate in the PILOT Program. Tenant shall promptly reimburse to Landlord any and all of Landlord's expenses related to the PILOT Program, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and the cost to update Landlord's leasehold title insurance policy insuring Landlord's interest in the Demised Premises. Landlord shall pass through to Tenant all reductions or abatements applicable to the Demised Premises as a result of Tenant's participation in the PILOT Program.
