Pilot Program. Beginning with the FY 14 (2013-2014 school year) and continuing for 5 the duration of this agreement, the District will implement a pilot program for up to 40 bus 6 operators who will be exempt from the seven (7) hour requirement contained in Article

Pilot Program. Upon the request of Tenant, Landlord will cooperate with Tenant in seeking a property tax "freeze" with respect to the Building and land under the Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Program including without limitation by entering into a quit-claim and leaseback transaction as may be necessitated by the PILOT Program. All costs associated therewith shall be borne by Tenant including all reasonable fees and charges of Landlord's attorney in connection with review and approval of the documents required to place the Building in the PILOT Program. All benefits accruing from the PILOT Program will inure to Tenant's benefit. Tenant shall assume all obligations imposed on Landlord with respect to the Property and Building by the Industrial Development Board of the City of Memphis and County of Shelby, Tennessee (except those with which Tenant cannot reasonably comply, e.g., payment of Landlord's taxes and maintaining Landlord in good standing), as a condition to receiving such tax "freeze" and Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all loss, cost or expense in connection therewith.
Pilot Program. A. The 4-10 alternate work schedule shall be a six-month pilot program for employees represented by IBEW, Local 1245 in the following classifications:
Pilot Program. Based upon the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, and a requirement from the State of New Mexico that a portion of the 2019-2020 instructional time for students be recovered during the 2020-2021 school year, the district will implement a pilot program of ten (10) additional days of Extended Learning Plan time. These ten (10) days will occur, if the district is approved for the program by the NMPED, at the end of the Board approved 2020-2021, 182 day calendar. All participating staff will be compensated at their daily rate of pay for these ten (10) additional days of work.
Pilot Program. Subject to Program Capacity Limitations, as set-forth below, the Electric Company will accept applications to participate in the Pilot Program and administer the Pilot Program’s queue for the duration of the Pilot Program. Acceptance of a CSEGS into the Small/Brownfield/Other, Low and Moderate Income (LMI), or Open categories will be in accordance with definitions and procedures set-forth in COMAR Section 20.62. Participation in the Pilot Program for existing systems will also be limited as set-forth in the COMAR Section 20.62. Existing systems are generators granted permission to operate on or before May 15, 2016. A CSEGS in the Pilot Program and granted permission to operate by the Company may continue to operate for 25 years after the end of the Pilot Program, subject to requirements of the CSEGS’s Interconnection Agreement. For this period the Company will continue to facilitate the creation and transfer of subscriptions and provide CNM Credits to Subscribers in accordance with this Schedule and the CNM Rider.
