To Students. Students who learn to appreciate the true meaning of sportsmanship can transfer that knowledge and experience to other facets of their lives, whether it is in building and maintaining relationships, being productive and happy in the workplace, or respecting differences in one’s community, state and country. ● To Parents and Spectators...Parents and Spectators represent the School District and Community of Dodgeville. Their behavior encourages and teaches student athletes what sportsmanship looks and sounds like. When unchecked, jeers or unsportsmanlike behavior embarrass individuals or schools, or may initiate a counter response, which then may escalate to more disrespectful and offensive responses in return. These types of scenarios in an emotion-filled environment have the potential to extend outside the venue and to other interactions or future events with adverse, even violent results.

To Students. Institution may order media to distribute the Products to Students for use in accordance with this agreement. Institution’s order for media must specify version number and country of usage. Institution may only use the media received under its Enrollment to transfer Products to eligible Student Users. Products may only be transferred in the same media format that Institution receives under its Enrollment. Orders must be placed with the reseller named on the Enrollment. Institution may use a third party to complete and process eligible Student Users’ orders for media under its Enrollment and to distribute media to eligible Student Users. Institution is responsible for the third party’s actions. Price and payment terms for media ordered are determined by agreement with Institution’s designated reseller. Institution’s designated reseller is authorized to purchase media Products from the Microsoft-authorized replicator identified by Microsoft from time to time solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed under the Enrollment. Institution’s designated reseller may purchase from Microsoft-authorized replicators media and documentation only for those Products available under the Enrollment.

To Students. (g) In the matter of issuing replacement protective clothing, the employee's immediate supervisor shall determine if replacement is warranted on an assessment as to whether the useful life of the article has been depleted.

An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.
