Pilot Program Elements Sample Clauses
The "Pilot Program Elements" clause defines the specific components and parameters that make up a pilot program within an agreement. It typically outlines the scope, objectives, duration, and key performance indicators that will be used to evaluate the program's success. For example, it may specify the number of participants, the technologies to be tested, or the geographic area involved. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what the pilot entails, thereby reducing ambiguity and setting measurable expectations for the program's outcomes.
