COVID-19 Pandemic definition

COVID-19 Pandemic means the SARS-Cov2 or COVID-19 pandemic, including any resurgence or evolutions or mutations thereof and/or any related or associated outbreaks, epidemics and/or pandemics.
COVID-19 Pandemic means the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic, financial, business, operational and healthcare effects thereof and the response of governmental and healthcare authorities with respect thereto.
COVID-19 Pandemic means the global spread of the coronavirus illness, which was declared to be a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020.

  • Permittee and all subpermittees, vendors and event volunteers shall be required to comply with guidelines and directives issued by City, by or on behalf of the Director of the City of Bethlehem Health Bureau, and as issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, for the purpose of enforcing or implementing guidelines, practices and safety protocols intended to maintain public and personal safety during the course of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  • Contractor confirms that the goods/services to be provided to CalSTRS are not affected by the current COVID-19 Pandemic and that Contractor is able to perform under the Agreement.

  • In consideration for being permitted to participate or observe this activity or course, I for myself and my child(ren) agree to and acknowledge the following: • I understand that participation in this activity or course, during the COVID-19 Pandemic increases the risk of exposure to COVID-19, and/or any mutation or variation thereof.
