Maintenance Program Clause Samples
The Maintenance Program clause outlines the obligations and procedures for ongoing upkeep and repair of equipment, property, or systems covered by an agreement. Typically, it specifies the frequency and standards for maintenance activities, assigns responsibility for performing or paying for maintenance, and may require documentation or reporting of completed work. This clause ensures that assets remain in good working condition throughout the contract term, thereby minimizing downtime, preserving value, and preventing disputes over neglect or inadequate care.
