Customer Data. 4.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.
Customer Data. Customer is solely responsible for the content of all Customer Data. Customer will secure and maintain all rights in Customer Data necessary for Microsoft to provide the Online Services to Customer without violating the rights of any third party or otherwise obligating Microsoft to Customer or to any third party. Microsoft does not and will not assume any obligations with respect to Customer Data or to Customer’s use of the Product other than as expressly set forth in this agreement or as required by applicable law.
Customer Data. As between Customer and Provider, Customer is and will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to all Customer Data, including all Intellectual Property Rights relating thereto, subject to the rights and permissions granted in Section 10.3.
Customer Data. 7.1 The Customer hereby grants to the Provider a non-exclusive licence to [copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit and translate] the Customer Data to the extent reasonably required for the performance of the Provider's obligations and the exercise of the Provider's rights under this Agreement[. The Customer also grants to the Provider the right to sub-license these rights [to its hosting, connectivity and telecommunications service providers,] subject to any express restrictions elsewhere in this Agreement].
Customer Data. Customer agrees to provide or cause to be provided to Provider such contact, billing and energy usage data, and facility information as is required by Provider to support the Solutions (“Customer Data”). Customer (i) represents that it has the right to provide Customer Data to Provider and will provide Customer Data to Provider in compliance with applicable legal requirements; (ii) authorizes Provider to use, copy, store, modify and display Customer Data for Customer’s benefit and as expressly set forth in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) authorizes Provider to access Customer Data to provide quality assurance, perform software maintenance, and deliver customer service and technical support. During the Term and for thirty (30) days following expiration or termination of the Master Agreement, Provider will preserve and maintain Customer Data. Thereafter, Provider will have no obligation to preserve or return any Customer Data.
Customer Data. Customer shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all Customer Data and other Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined), regardless of whether such data is maintained on magnetic tape, magnetic disk, or any other storage or processing device. All such Customer Data and other Confidential Information shall, however, be subject to regulation and examination by the appropriate auditors and regulatory agencies to the same extent as if such information were on Customer's premises. "Customer Data" means any and all data and information of any kind or nature submitted to M&I by Customer, or received by M&I on behalf of Customer, in connection with the Services.
Customer Data. You are solely responsible for Customer Data and Customer Templates including without limitation the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness of the foregoing, and obtaining any Intellectual Property Rights ownership or right to use the foregoing. You will not provide, post or transmit any Customer Data or Customer Templates that: (a) infringe or violate any Intellectual Property Rights, publicity/privacy rights, law or regulation; or (b) contain any viruses or programming routines, macros, or other elements that may damage, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Conga may take remedial action, including immediate suspension of Your access to the Service, if Your configuration of the Service, Customer Data or Customer Templates violates Section 3.4.
