Operational Personnel. The FLSA schedule shall consist of 53 hours per week, based on a 21 day cycle totaling 159 hours, at straight time in accordance with Section 7K of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Bargaining Unit members work schedule shall consist of periods of 24 hours on duty, starting at 0800 followed by 48 hours off duty. Bargaining Unit members shall be scheduled 24 hours off duty (a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) every 14th shift. The hourly rate shall be calculated on a 52 hour work week.
Operational Personnel. Assignment of overtime opportunities shall be distributed on an equitable basis, as much as possible, among members of this bargaining unit desiring overtime work. The procedures for overtime for Treatment Plant Operators and Senior Operators are outlined in Addendum B.

Operational Personnel. Operational personnel costs are allowable when the amounts claimed are based upon hourly rates that are reasonable for the services provided and documented by payroll records. Hourly rates will be considered reasonable to the extent that they are consistent with rates paid for similar work in the area in which the sponsor is located. These costs will include those that will be responsible for preparation, delivery, and service of program meals and cleanup, supervision of children during the meal service, and onsite preparation of records required for the program and volunteers. Please note that although volunteers will not be paid for their services, you will need to indicate their time spent on the program to show adequate coverage of your sites. Operational personnel examples may include site supervisors, cooks, delivery drivers, and janitorial personnel. In this section you will detail your food cost (if self-prep), non-food supply cost (i.e. paper goods, etc.), contracted food costs (if vended/catered), any facility expenses, equipment rentals/repairs, utility costs, costs for transporting food to children (i.e. picking up food from a central kitchen and transporting them to various sites). The City shall be solely responsible for paying all wages, benefits, disability payments, and pension and workers compensation claims for City employees providing services under this Agreement, and for damage to City equipment and clothing used in providing services under this Agreement.
