Site Supervisors. Users will pay the salary (ies) for School Board employee(s) to be on-site during events that occur beyond normal operating hours of the facility. The number of employees will be determined by the school. The employee cannot be part of the event and no employee is to be paid directly by the organization. Changes and Corrections Users must inform school Facility Use Contact in writing regarding any changes to the schedule and copy the Facility Use department at least two business days prior to the event. All changes must be verified in writing by the School. No revisions will be made to the invoice more than 30 days after the scheduled occurrence. For all 12 month agreements, there is an administrative fee of $50.00 which will be added to the invoice.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Construction Representatives Landlord hereby appoints the following person(s) as Landlord's representative ("LANDLORD'S REPRESENTATIVE") to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Tom Xxxxxxx. Xenant hereby appoints the following person(s) as Tenant's representative ("TENANT'S REPRESENTATIVE") to act for Tenant in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Georxx Xxxxxxxx. Xll communications with respect to the matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement are to made to Landlord's Representative or Tenant's Representative, as the case may be, in writing in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease. Either party may change its representative under this Work Letter Agreement at any time by written notice to the other party in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease.
