Project Personnel. It is understood and agreed that the Project Director identified at Item 3, Page One of this Agreement shall be responsible for the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in the Statement of Work shall serve in the capacities described therein. Any change of Project Director by the Contractor shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director shall be considered approved. In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.
Project Personnel. Except as formally approved by the City, the key personnel identified in Contractor’s bid or proposal shall be the individuals who will actually complete the work. Changes in staffing must be reported in writing and approved by the City.
Project Personnel a) The Department shall designate a project administrator (the “Project Administrator”), who may be replaced at the discretion of the Department. The Project Administrator shall have the authority to act for the Department under this Contract for any Deliverable(s) initially acquired/installed from the Contractor and such authority shall continue to be in effect throughout the term of this Contract.
Project Personnel. Those persons employed by Manager with RREM’s prior approval to carry out Manager’s obligations under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, the Project Manager, Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, maintenance personnel, and other personnel necessary to the operation and maintenance of the Project as specified in the Budget).
Project Personnel. Manager shall use reasonable and prudent efforts to investigate, hire, train, instruct, pay, promote, discharge and supervise the work of all its employees involved with the management of the Project. Since it is acknowledged that the Project may need a fulltime resident manager on site, it is agreed that one of the Project Employees (including his/her spouse and dependent children) may live rent-free in an apartment unit designated by RREM, and receive, in addition, salary and normal benefits approved in advance and accounted for in the Budget. All Project Personnel shall be employees of Manager.

Annexed as Exhibit F is a list of personnel who will be available to perform Work under this Agreement, along with the rates that will apply for each such person during the term of this Agreement. Any change in such personnel or reassignment in their project responsibilities must be agreed to in writing by the District Engineer or his authorized representative before any such change may be made. REGIONAL SAN shall retain the right at any time to review the coverage, form, and amount of the insurance required hereby. If in the opinion of REGIONAL SAN Risk Manager, insurance provisions in these requirements do not provide adequate protection for REGIONAL SAN and for members of the public, REGIONAL SAN may require CONSULTANT to obtain insurance sufficient in coverage, form and amount to provide adequate protection. REGIONAL SAN'S requirements shall be reasonable but shall be imposed to assure protection from and against the kind and extent of risks that exist at the time a change in insurance is required.
Project Personnel. It is understood and agreed that the "Contact Person" identified in Item 3 of page one of the Agreement shall serve as Project Director and as such shall have the responsibility of the overall supervision and conduct of the Work on behalf of the Contractor and that the persons described in Task Work Orders shall serve in the capacities described therein for the conduct of the Work described therein. Any changes of Project Director or in persons described in Task Work Orders shall be subject to the prior written approval of NYSERDA. Annexed as Exhibit E is a list of personnel that will be available to perform Work under this Agreement along with the rates that will apply for each such person during the term of this Agreement. If the Contractor wishes to employ personnel not listed on Exhibit E to complete any Task Work Order hereunder, the Contractor must obtain the written approval of NYSERDA. The approvals set forth in this Section shall not be unreasonably withheld, and, in the event that notice of approval or disapproval is not received by the Contractor within thirty (30) days after receipt of request for approval by NYSERDA, the requested change in Project Director or personnel shall be considered approved. Project Personnel. The relevant Project Personnel shall be set forth on the applicable work order. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, each party will use all reasonable efforts to maintain the same personnel on its project team unless replacement is necessitated by the resignation, extended illness, incapacity or death of specific Project Personnel. The MSBA may request the removal or replacement of any individual(s) from Contractor’s project team, and if such a request is made, Contractor shall use all reasonable efforts to replace the relevant individual promptly.
