Provider shall maintain (and shall ensure that Personnel maintain) such registrations, bonds, certificates, authorizations, approvals, licenses, permits or other regulatory approvals from a Regulatory Authority required to perform its obligations under this MSA.
Provider and its Personnel shall perform all Services in a professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable Laws, and industry standards, as well as any service level (“SLAs”) or key performance indicators (“KPIs”) set forth in an SOW.
In particular, Supplier will not assign any Personnel who are nationals of countries or regions that are the target of sanctions under Trade Control Laws to perform Services under this Agreement, and will not permit any such nationals to access Controlled Data.
