Operational Costs definition

Operational Costs means costs and expenses incurred by the Managers on behalf of the Owners to operate and maintain the Vessel including Communication Expenses and EDP Expenses;

Operational Costs means the customary and usual direct costs associated with the operations of a sector Grant program that continue from a given period to a subsequent period.
