Hourly Rate. (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.
Hourly Rate. Any Additional Services which are not set forth in this Agreement will be charged on the basis of the hourly rate schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and reimbursable expenses not contemplated in this Agreement will be charged at actual cost. No Additional Services or costs shall be incurred without proper written authorization of the City.
Hourly Rate. The hourly rate of pay shall be computed by dividing the daily rate of pay by eight hours.
Hourly Rate. The regular hourly rate of a Nurse shall be determined by dividing the yearly increment rate of the Nurse, as set out in Appendix “A”, by 2080.

Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. Invoices may be submitted once each month (or at more frequent intervals if approved by the Buyer) to the Buyer or Buyer’s designee. The Seller will substantiate invoices by evidence of actual payment, individual daily job timecards, or such other substantiation approved by the Buyer. Promptly after receipt of each substantiated invoice, the Buyer shall, except as otherwise provided in this Contract, and subject to the provisions of subparagraph e. below, make payment thereon as approved by the Buyer.

Payroll records or time cards should be signed by the Princeton University Project Manager before noon the next work day, to verify work performed the preceding day. The rates shall include wages, indirect costs, general and administrative expense, and profit. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. Applications for Payment may be submitted once each month (or at more frequent intervals, if approved by Princeton University). The Contractor shall substantiate Applications for Payment by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job time cards, or other substantiation approved by Princeton University. Promptly after receipt of each substantiated Application for Payment, Princeton University shall, except as otherwise provided in this Contract, and subject to the terms of Clause I1(e)(4), pay the Application for Payment as approved.
Hourly Rate. All work performed by employees shall be paid for at an hourly rate, which hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the actual weekly wage by 44 or by such lesser hours ordinarily worked by the establishment.
Hourly Rate. From time to time, the District may offer opportunities to Unit Members to write grants, prepare and deliver in-services, or render other non-student services. The rate to be paid for such work shall be $45.00 per hour. The following activities involving student supervision may also be offered at the $45.00 per hour rate: dance chaperoning; substitute teaching for a portion of the day by part-time Unit Members, or substitute teaching by a Unit Member on a shared contract on a non-teaching day, and other duties outside of the regular school day offered by the principal. This does not preclude the District from offering stipends to Unit Members for after-school athletic coaching. Unit Members who wish to volunteer to lead student activities such as after-school or lunch-time clubs may do so without compensation and without violation of the contract. However, Unit Members shall not be pressured to volunteer their time beyond the fifteen (15) hours referred to in Article VII-B, nor shall a refusal to volunteer beyond the fifteen (15) hours be considered in a Unit Member’s evaluation.

Labor hours incurred to perform tasks for which labor qualifications were specified in this Contract will not be paid to the extent the work is performed by individuals that do not meet the qualifications specified in this Contract, unless specifically authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x Procurement Representative. Invoices may be submitted once each month (or at more frequent intervals, if approved by LOCKHEED XXXXXX) to LOCKHEED XXXXXX. When requested by LOCKHEED XXXXXX, SELLER shall substantiate invoices (including any lower tier subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in this Contract) by evidence of actual payment, individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in this Contract, or other substantiation specified in this Contract. Unless this Contract prescribes otherwise, the hourly rates in this Contract shall not be varied by virtue of SELLER having performed work on an overtime basis. If no overtime rates are provided in this Contract and LOCKHEED XXXXXX approves overtime work in advance, overtime rates shall be negotiated. If this Contract provides rates for overtime, the premium portion of those rates will be reimbursable only to the extent theovertime is approved by LOCKHEED XXXXXX.
Hourly Rate. A teacher’s “hourly rate” shall be determined by dividing the daily rate by 7, subject to State statutes and regulations for determining an hourly rate for Supplemental Service Teacher Contracts, or as those may be revised.
