Official Duties. Unless otherwise instructed, employee agrees to perform official duties only at the official duty station or Bureau/Office-approved alternative workplace. Employee agrees not to conduct personal business (e.g., caring for dependents or making home repairs) while in official duty status at the alternative workplace. The Supervisor may choose to attach a general list of duties expected to be performed at the general work site.

Official Duties. As Superintendent, XXXXXXXXXX shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the School District, Secretary to SBBC, and shall have charge of the administration of schools. XXXXXXXXXX shall faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities of Superintendent of Schools as specified in that position’s job description as from time to time adopted by SBBC, and as prescribed by the laws of the State of Florida, the rules of the Florida State Board of Education, School Board Policies and this Agreement, and as may otherwise be assigned by SBBC. The Superintendent’s job description is attached hereto as Appendix “A” and is incorporated herein by reference. The Superintendent shall comply with all SBBC directives, state and federal laws, applicable rules and regulations, and School Board Policies as exist or as may be adopted or amended. The Superintendent shall directly and indirectly supervise all staff members and shall organize, reorganize and arrange the administrative and supervisory staff as best serves the needs of the School District subject to SBBC’s approval. Except as permitted by this Agreement, XXXXXXXXXX agrees to devote XXXXXXXXXX’x full time and efforts to the performance of the duties and responsibilities of Superintendent of Schools in a faithful, diligent and efficient manner. The Superintendent’s responsibilities, duties and functions shall include, without limitation, the following:

Official Duties. I shall perform official duties only at the official duty station or supervisors approved alternate work site and will not conduct personal business, such as caring for dependents or making home repairs, while in official duty status at the alternate work site. Work Schedule and Tour of Duty Unless the supervisor and I agree otherwise, the number of hours I am scheduled to work remains the same. My official tour of duty will be (specify days, hours, and location such as official duty station or alternative work site). I further understand I am expected to report for work at my official duty station at least one day per pay period. I am also expected to attend all required staff meetings at my official duty station. Time and Attendance My timekeeper will have a copy of my schedule. My supervisor will certify biweekly the time and attendance for hours worked at the official duty station and alternative work site. (Note: the organization may require me to complete a self-certification form). Leave I shall follow established office procedures for requesting and obtaining approval of leave. Compensatory Time As a technician, I agree to work compensatory time only if my supervisor so orders and is approved in advance by second level supervision. Working without such approval may result in terminating the teleworking privilege and/or other appropriate action. Equipment and Supplies I shall protect all government-owned equipment and use it only for official purposes. The agency will install, service, and maintain its own equipment if applicable. I shall install, service, and maintain any personal equipment I use. I understand the Wisconsin National Guard is not responsible for the expense to repair, restore or replace any personal computers, peripherals, and media or data files used for teleworking from the home worksite. Security I will comply with security policies and protect all Wisconsin National Guard resources, including Wisconsin National Guard data and information, at the alternate work site.

Official Duties. During the aforesaid term of this Agreement, XXXXX shall perform the duties of Interim Superintendent of Schools in and for the public schools of Flagler County, Florida, as prescribed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and by the laws of the State of Florida, the Florida Administrative Code, the Florida State Board of Education, Flagler County School Board policies, the job description of Superintendent of Schools as from time-to time adopted by Flagler County School Board. The Interim Superintendent shall comply with all Board directives, state and federal laws, applicable rules and regulations, and School Board policies currently existing or as may be adopted or amended. The Interim Superintendent shall directly and indirectly supervise all staff members and shall organize, reorganize and arrange the administrative and supervisory staff as best serves the needs of the District subject to approval by the Board. Except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement, the Interim Superintendent agrees to devote her full time and energy to the performance of her duties in a faithful, diligent and efficient manner. The Board and the Interim Superintendent agree that they will work with each other in the spirit of cooperation and teamwork and shall provide each other with regularly scheduled opportunities to discuss Board/Interim Superintendent relationships, issues and communications. The Board recognizes the benefit of mentor programs for new and Interim Superintendents. The Board supports the Interim Superintendent seeking guidance and assistance of a mentor through programs administered by the Florida Association of District School Superintendents. The Board and Interim Superintendent will collaborate and mutually develop the Board’s priorities and areas of focus for the Interim Superintendent to begin to address as she assumes control of District operations. The Board recognizes that it is a collective body and that each Board member recognizes that his or her authority as a Board member is derived from the collective deliberation and action of the Board as a whole. It is agreed that the Board, individually and collectively, shall refer promptly to the Interim Superintendent for study and recommendation any criticism, complaints, and suggestions brought to the attention of the Board or any member of the Board regarding the administration of the District or the performance of the Interim Superintendent.
