Supervisory Staff. The selection and promotion of supervisory officials shall be entirely a matter for the Board's decision, but in making such selection or promotion, length of continuous service shall be given due consideration.
Supervisory Staff. Supervisory staff of the Corporation shall not perform the duties which are normally carried out by employees covered by this Agreement, except for emergencies.
Supervisory Staff. The Company will supply the Union with a list of Supervisors, General Supervisors, Superintendents, Members of the Labor Relations Committee and their titles, the Company nominees on the Safety Committee and any other persons with author- ity, and will indicate by appropriate job titles the nature and extent of their authority and will keep such list up to date at all times. The Plant Chair and Vice-Chair will be notified of any change prior to the effective date of appointment.

Supervisory Staff. The contractor shall engage on the work a qualified and experienced supervisor capable of managing and guiding the work properly. The supervisor shall be authorised by the contractor in writing to receive the orders issued by the Engineer-in-charge from time to time. The contractor shall be responsible for carrying out these orders promptly.
Supervisory Staff. The Company every two (2) months will supply up-to-date lists of the names and titles of supervisory staff and will also supply the Union Chairperson with a copy of the notice of new appointments as they occur where these appointments affect Local 673 personnel.

Supervisory Staff. The Director of Municipal Utilities, the Assistant Director of Municipal Utilities, the Utilities Office Manager, the Utilities Operations Supervisor, the Departmental Supervisors, and the Secretary or Typist acting as secretary to the Director constitute the Supervisory Staff. The Secretary or Typist serves as a non-supervisory member of this staff. It is the function and duty of these staff employees to implement and administer the policy decision of the Commission and the Village of Bath.
