Work Sites definition

Work Sites means those areas of land including any Authorised Access Routes and Stacking Sites shown by hatching (or otherwise identified) on the Sale Map.
Work Sites means those areas of land (at all times located within the area(s) shown by hatching, or otherwise identified, on the Location Map) as specified by Us from time to time and for the first Period of the Agreement those areas of land shown by hatching, or otherwise identified, on the Sale Map.

More Definitions of Work Sites

Work Sites means those areas of land shown outlined in red on the Sale Map(s) including any Specified Access Routes;

If the City should consent to any such assignment, subletting or letting out as task work of all or any part of the Work, the Contractor shall in no way be relieved from its responsibility for the fulfilment of the Work, but shall continue to be responsible for the same in the same manner as if all the Work had been performed by the Contractor. 6.0 Time of the Essence 6.1 For all requests made by the City pursuant to the Contract, time is of the essence. The acceptance of a late performance, with or without objections or reservations by the City, shall not waive the right to claim damages for such breach nor constitute a waiver of the requirement of timely performance of any obligation remaining to be performed. 7.0 Laws, Permits and Regulations 7.1 The laws of British Columbia shall govern the Contract. 7.2 All provisions of the International Sale of Goods Act are specifically excluded from application of this Contract. 7.3 In carrying out its obligations hereunder, the Contractor shall familiarize it...
Work Sites means the specific City streets locations at which the Work is to be carried out and, subject to City approval, such other areas within City streets adjacent thereto which it is reasonably necessary for the Contractor to use and/or move about on for purposes and during performance of the Work;
