Approval of Leave. Any leave of absence will be submitted to the Company for approval in writing. No approved leave of absence will affect any employee’s seniority rights when used for the purpose granted and providing the employee returns to work at the expiration of his/her leave.
Approval of Leave. If the employee complies with all provisions of this Section and a leave is granted by the School Board, the employee will be notified in writing.

Authorization for or denial of a requested leave of absence with pay of more than ten (10) working days duration shall be furnished to the employee in writing by the Employer within seven (7) working days of its receipt. All leave of absence requests shall be given reasonable consideration by the Employer.

Approval of Leave. A. Upon approval of a leave proposal, the College shall execute a contract with the recipient which shall specify the length and conditions of the leave.
Approval of Leave. With prior approval and at the discretion of the Chief of Police or his designee, Emergency Leave may be granted to employees. The appropriate form will be completed by the supervisor or employee. The form will be forwarded to the Financial Services Division for deduction purposes.
Approval of Leave. A determination of eligibility for Natural Disaster Leave is solely within the discretion of the Superintendent/designee. The number of days of Natural Disaster Leave granted to an eligible employee is also solely within the discretion of the Superintendent/designee. An employee who has been granted Natural Disaster Leave may request an extension of the number of days of the leave. Approval of an extension is solely within the discretion of the Superintendent.
Approval of Leave. The Employer has the authority to require pre- approval of personal leave use. Leave used and/or claimed in violation of this Section will not be paid. If used for purposes of safe/sick, pre-approval is not required and after three (3) consecutive days off, may be supported by verifiable documentation at the Employer’s request.
