Mandatory Meetings. All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence. The meetings will be held on the following dates (dates subject to change): Monday, August 30th, 2021 – 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2021 Monday, February 1, 2022 Tuesday, April 27, 2022

Mandatory Meetings. The expectation is that staff meetings should last no more than ninety (90) minutes. A schedule of all mandatory meetings shall be forwarded to the IUSD Department of Human Resources. District management shall raise awareness with principals about the purpose of meetings and the spirit of the agreement.
Mandatory Meetings. The scheduling of administratively mandated meetings and 2 other similar functions shall be limited to two per month. A faculty meeting is an example 3 of an administratively mandated meeting. An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meeting 4 is not an example of an administratively mandated meeting. The TALC Labor/Management Committee shall review 7 situations where the number of meetings is of concern.

Mandatory Meetings. A maximum of twelve (12) paid hours in-service may be required of each bus driver, bus assistant and child nutrition employee. A required meeting by support employee's immediate administrator which exceeds the support employee's regular working day will be subject to time and one-half of overtime pay unless the meeting is required as per job description. The support employee shall be informed before attendance at a meeting if the meeting carries points toward meeting required improvement points.
