  • An employee will be eligible for facilities / expenses under these rules, if journey / visits undertaken for the following purposes:  Official Tour / Out Station duty performed for business purposes, inspection purposes, emergency work purposes under the orders / instructions of the competent authority as specified in this Policy. Attending training programmes, conferences or any other developmental activity duly authorized by Competent Authority, as specified in this Policy.
