Mobile Banking Limitations. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer using Mobile Banking. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your ability to access Mobile Banking service or in your receipt of any text messages. Internet access and messaging are subject to effective transmission from your network provider and processing by your mobile device, as well as delays and interruptions in the Internet. Mobile Banking is provided by us on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.

It is important that you understand the limitations of the Mobile Services, including but not limited to the following: The balance of the Accounts may change at any time as we process items and fees against them, and the information provided to you through the Mobile Services may become quickly outdated. Financial information obtained through the Mobile Services (including, without limitation, any text message alerts) reflects the most recent Account information available through the Mobile Services and may not be accurate or current. You agree that neither we nor our Licensors will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Because the Mobile Services are accessible only through your Mobile Device, your access to the Mobile Services may be limited by the service provided by your telecommunications carrier. There may be technical or other difficulties related to the Mobile Services. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalized settings or other the Mobile Services interruptions. We do not assume any responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or misdelivery of any user data, failure to store user data, communications or personalized settings in connection with your use of a Mobile Service; nor for the delivery or the accuracy of any information requested or provided through a Mobile Service. We reserve the right to block access or delete the Mobile Service software from your Mobile Device if we or our Licensor have reason to believe you are misusing a Mobile Service or otherwise not complying with this Addendum, or have reason to suspect your Mobile Device has been infected with malicious software or virus. You will not use the Services in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or improper manner or purpose and will only use it in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international Internet, data, telecommunications, telemarketing, “spam,” and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not use the Services to transmit or disseminate: (i) junk mail, spam, or unsolicited material to persons or entities that have not agreed to receive such material or to whom you do not otherwise have a legal right to send such material; (ii) material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, rights of publici...
Mobile Banking Limitations. Neither we nor our service providers can always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties related to Mobile Banking. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Banking Service interruptions. Neither we nor any of our service providers assumes responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings in connection with your use of Mobile Banking.
(i) Neither we nor any of our service providers assumes responsibility for the operation, security, functionality or availability of any Mobile Device or mobile network which you utilize to access Mobile Banking.
(ii) You agree to exercise caution when utilizing Mobile Banking application on your Mobile Device and to use good judgment and discretion when obtaining or transmitting information.
(iii) Financial information obtained through Mobile Banking (including, without limitation, any text message alerts) reflects the most recent account information available through Mobile Banking and may not be accurate or current. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Certain features, functions, and Services available through Online Banking or on our website may not be available using Mobile Banking.
(iv) The Mobile Banking Service may not be available through all mobile service providers and carriers, and some mobile phones and other Mobile Devices may not be supported as Mobile Devices in connection with Mobile Banking. You are responsible for periodically referring to our website to determine currently supported mobile service providers, carriers, and Mobile Devices and for ensuring that you satisfy all technical requirements for using Mobile Banking. MOBILE DEPOSIT Mobile Deposit is designed to allow you to make deposits to your share checking, savings, or money market accounts from your Mobile Device by electronically transmitting a digital image (picture) of your paper checks to us. There is currently no charge for Mobile Deposit. For Security reasons, these Services are available to Mobile Banking members on accounts that have been open for thirty days or more.
Mobile Banking Limitations. It is important that Client understands the limitations of the Mobile Services, including but not limited to the following:
i) Because Mobile Banking is accessible only through Client’s Mobile Device, Client’s access to the Mobile Services may be limited by the service provided by Client’s telecommunications carrier.
ii) There may be technical or other difficulties related to Mobile Banking. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalized settings or other the Service interruptions. Bank does not assume any responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or misdelivery of any user data, failure to store user data, communications or personalized settings in connection with Client’s use of a Mobile Banking; nor for the delivery or the accuracy of any information requested or provided through Mobile Banking.
iii) Bank reserves the right to block access or delete the Mobile Banking Software from Client’s Mobile Device if Bank or Bank’s Service Provider has reason to believe Client is not complying with these Service Terms & Conditions, or has reason to suspect Client’s Mobile Device has been infected with malicious software or virus.
Mobile Banking Limitations. We reserve the right to limit the type of accounts available through the Mobile Banking as well as the number and amount of transactions. We have the right to refuse or reject any transaction you request and we also reserve the right to modify the Service at any time. The Credit Union is not responsible if Mobile Banking is not accessible in any way or by any reason by your wireless carrier or is not supported by your mobile device.
Mobile Banking Limitations. Bank has no liability if Customer breaches any of these Mobile Banking terms. Bank is not responsible for the security, availability, or operation of Customer’s Mobile Devices or mobile networks. Access to or use of Mobile Banking may be interrupted, blocked, or restricted due to (for example) technical or other problems with Mobile Banking or Customer’s Mobile Devices or networks, possible security breaches, and/or government requirements; data may be lost and/or data may not be received, not timely received, not acted upon and/or not timely acted upon by Bank; and Bank is not liable for damages, losses, and expenses as a result thereof.
Mobile Banking Limitations. The availability, timeliness and proper functioning of Mobile Banking depends on many factors, including your Wireless Device location, wireless network availability and signal strength, and the proper functioning and configuration of hardware, software and your Wireless Device. Neither we nor any of our service providers shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by any unavailability or improper functioning of Mobile Banking, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon, for any reason, including service interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, loss of data, or loss of personalized settings.
