Mobile Banking Limitations. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer using Mobile Banking. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in your ability to access Mobile Banking service or in your receipt of any text messages. Internet access and messaging are subject to effective transmission from your network provider and processing by your mobile device, as well as delays and interruptions in the Internet. Mobile Banking is provided by us on an AS IS, AS AVAILABLE basis.

Mobile Banking Limitations. Mobile Banking cannot be used to: ▪ Initiate funds transfers to other financial institutions. ▪ Initiate payments or transfers to new payees or to create new payees. ▪ Initiate transfers to other members’ accounts at the Credit Union unless the accounts have been linked in-Branch. Linking accounts can only be done in-Branch.
Mobile Banking Limitations. Bank has no liability if Customer breaches any of these Mobile Banking terms. Bank is not responsible for the security, availability, or operation of Customer’s Mobile Devices or mobile networks. We do not assume any responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or misdelivery of any user data, failure to store user data, communications or personalized settings in connection with your use of a Mobile Service; nor for the delivery or the accuracy of any information requested or provided through a Mobile Service. We reserve the right to block access or delete the Mobile Service software from your Mobile Device if we or our Licensor have reason to believe you are misusing a Mobile Service or otherwise not complying with this Addendum, or have reason to suspect your Mobile Device has been infected with malicious software or virus. Mobile Banking Limitations. 1. Neither we nor our service providers can always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties related to Mobile Banking. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings, or other Mobile Banking interruptions. Neither we nor any of our service providers assumes responsibility for any disclosure of account information to third parties by someone other than us or our service providers, or the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings in connection with your use of Mobile Banking.
Mobile Banking Limitations. The availability, timeliness and proper functioning of Mobile Banking depends on many factors, including your Wireless Device location, wireless network availability and signal strength, and the proper functioning and configuration of hardware, software and your Wireless Device. Mobile Banking Limitations. We reserve the right to limit the type of accounts available through the Mobile Banking as well as the number and amount of transactions. We have the right to refuse or reject any transaction you request and we also reserve the right to modify the Service at any time. The Credit Union is not responsible if Mobile Banking is not accessible in any way or by any reason by your wireless carrier or is not supported by your mobile device. EquiShare Credit Union reserves the right to decline use of the Service. Mobile Banking Transfers You may use Mobile Banking to make payments and transfer funds between eligible EquiShare Credit Union accounts. You may not access funds not in your name or at another financial institution using Mobile Banking. You must have sufficient funds available in the selected account at the time of the transfer request, including any available overdraft protection. Unless you have opted out of our overdraft programs you agree to be charged any associated fees and to bring any overdrawn account to a positive balance within the previously disclosed period of time.   • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us.   • Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking.
