GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. 29.1 The Union and the Employer recognize that an Employer should not lose jobs because of Government requirements, which are in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. The Union and the Employer pledge their mutual cooperation in complying with provisions in any contract, which the Employer may bid for or enter into with any public or quasi-public or governmental body for the performance of work covered by this Agreement. If the Employer believes that a government requirement is in conflict with the Agreement, they shall request a pre-job meeting with the Union to seek alternatives. The Union will not withhold agreement unnecessarily.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. Within Seller's invoice or other form satisfactory to Buyer, Seller shall certify that goods covered by this Contract were produced in compliance with Sections 6, 7 and 12, Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and the regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued thereunder. The Equal Opportunity clause set forth in FAR 52.222-26 is incorporated herein by reference, except "Contractor" means Seller.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to impose upon either party the obligation to take any action, or refrain from taking any action, in violation of any existing or future law, or rule, regulation or directive issued by a government department or agency. In the event that any existing or future law, or rule, regulation or directive issued by a government department or agency causes invalidation of any Article or Section of this Agreement, all other Articles and Sections not so invalidated shall remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. In the event of the imposition of Federal, State, or local governmental control, rules, regulations, or restrictions on the use or consumption of energy or other utilities or with respect to any other aspect of this Lease during the Term, both Lessor and Lessee shall be bound thereby. In the event of a difference in interpretation of any governmental control, rule, regulation or restriction between Lessor and Lessee, the interpretation of Lessor shall prevail, and Lessor shall have the right to enforce compliance, including the right of entry into the Premises to effect compliance.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. Sublessee shall procure from all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the operations of Sublessee at the Subleased Premises, all licenses, certificates, permits or other authorization which may be necessary for the conduct of its operations. Sublessee shall also at all times promptly observe, comply with, and execute the provisions of any and all present and future governmental laws, rules, regulations, requirements, orders and directives which may apply to the operations of Sublessee on the Subleased Premises or its occupancy thereof.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. If any of the work to be performed under this Agreement is performed in the United States, Seller shall, via invoice or other form satisfactory to Boeing, certify that the Products covered by the Order were produced in compliance with Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U. S. C. 201-291), as amended, and the regulations and orders of the U. S. Department of Labor issued thereunder. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. 20.1 This Agreement and all the terms thereof shall be subordinate to every employment provision in any contract which the Employer may bid for or enter into with any public or quasi-public or governmental body for the performance of work covered by this Agreement, and the parties hereto agree to conform to and abide by any restrictions or requirements regarding employment contained in such contract.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. Because the Invention was made under funding provided by the United States Government, the parties agree to comply with the terms set forth in 35 U.S.C. § 204. The Regents will offer reasonable assistance in obtaining a waiver of these requirements upon Licensee’s request.
GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. ASM complies with all provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses applicable to the goods and services licensed pursuant to this Agreement.
