Rule No. 14 - Service Level Standards and Allowance for Interruptions in Service Interruptions in service, which are not due to the negligence of, or willful acts of, or noncompliance with the provisions of this price list by, the Customer or an Authorized User, or the operation or malfunction of the facilities, power or equipment provided by the Customer or Authorized User, will be credited to the Customer in accordance with the Commission’s rules and regulations.
