Service Software definition

Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

More Definitions of Service Software

Service Software means software you are supplied (if any) to access any of the Electronic Banking Services.
Service Software means Software (defined below), as may be required by a Service, which must be installed on each Customer computer, in order to receive the Service. Service Software includes the Software and associated documentation that may be separately provided by Symantec as part of the Service.
