Previously Disclosed means information set forth or incorporated in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the most recently completed fiscal year of the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) prior to the Signing Date (the “Last Fiscal Year”) or in its other reports and forms filed with or furnished to the SEC under Sections 13(a), 14(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) on or after the last day of the Last Fiscal Year and prior to the Signing Date.
Previously Disclosed means information set forth on the Disclosure Schedule, provided, however, that disclosure in any section of such Disclosure Schedule shall apply only to the indicated section of this Agreement except to the extent that it is reasonably apparent from the face of such disclosure that such disclosure is relevant to another section of this Agreement.
Previously Disclosed means information set forth on the Disclosure Schedule or the Disclosure Update, as applicable; provided, however, that disclosure in any section of such Disclosure Schedule or Disclosure Update, as applicable, shall apply only to the indicated section of this Agreement; provided, further, that the existence of Previously Disclosed information, pursuant to a Disclosure Update, shall neither obligate Treasury to consummate the Purchase nor limit or affect any rights of or remedies available to Treasury.

Previously Disclosed with regard to the Company (1) means information set forth on its Disclosure Schedule corresponding to the provision of this Agreement to which such information relates; provided that information which is reasonably apparent on its face that it relates to another provision of this Agreement, shall also be deemed to be Previously Disclosed with respect to such other provision and (2) includes information publicly disclosed by the Company in the Company Reports (as defined below) filed by it with or furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on or after March 31, 2012 (excluding any risk factor disclosures contained in such documents under the heading “Risk Factors,” any disclosure of risks included in any “forward-looking statements” or any other statements or disclaimers that are predictive, qualitative, subjective or forward-looking in nature) prior to July 19, 2013.
Previously Disclosed by a party shall mean information set forth in its Disclosure Schedule.
Previously Disclosed means information set forth by a party in the applicable paragraph of its Disclosure Schedule, or any other paragraph of its Disclosure Schedule (so long as it is reasonably clear from the context that the disclosure in such other paragraph of its Disclosure Schedule is also applicable to the section of this Agreement in question).

Previously Disclosed means, as to United, the disclosure of information in a letter delivered by United to FNB specifically referring to this Agreement and arranged in sections corresponding to the sections, subsections and items of this Agreement applicable thereto, and which letter has been delivered prior to the execution of this Agreement. Information shall be deemed Previously Disclosed for the purpose of a given section, subsection or item of this Agreement only to the extent that a specific reference thereto is made in connection with disclosure of such information at the time of such delivery.)
Previously Disclosed means disclosed in a disclosure schedule delivered on or prior to the date hereof by the disclosing Party to the other Party specifically referring to the appropriate section of this Agreement and describing in reasonable detail the matters contained therein.
