Mobile Banking Service definition

Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and
Mobile Banking Service means each of the products and services you may access through the Service using a Mobile Device. These products and services may be accessed through browser or through apps, for example. Not all Eligible Accounts are accessible through the Mobile Banking Service.
Mobile Banking Service means the mobile electronic banking services described in and provided under the terms of this Agreement.

  • As further described below, the Mobile Banking Service permits you to use a Mobile Device to perform certain transactions (each, a “Mobile Banking Transaction”) associated with your eligible Accounts.

  • If you use the Mobile Banking Service in the form of SMS text messages, you are responsible for the content of and the mis-delivery of any SMS text messages.

  • You agree to take every precaution to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of your Accounts and transactions when using the Mobile Banking Service.

  • You understand that the standard data and text messaging rates charged by the Carrier providing service for your Mobile Device apply when you use your Mobile Device to enroll in and/or use the Mobile Banking Service.

  • You agree not to leave your Mobile Device unattended while logged into the Mobile Banking Service and to log off immediately at the completion of each access by you.


More Definitions of Mobile Banking Service

Mobile Banking Service refers to the portion of the Service that allows you to view balances and conduct transactions on your mobile device.
Mobile Banking Service means the Service provided by Opn Payments in relation to processing and collecting Transaction Amount from the Customer via Mobile Banking on behalf of the Merchant.
Mobile Banking Service means the mobile application made available to you for the purposes of administering your Account.

Not all accounts are accessible through Mobile Banking.  “Website” means the Midwest Regional Bank website and other pages accessible through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or through any associated Midwest Regional Bank website.
Mobile Banking Service means the mobile application made available to you for the purposes of administering your Account. Non-Personal Client means a client of our private banking service which is not a Personal Client, such as a company, sole trader, charity, partnership, executor, administrator, or individual trustee. Notice Account means an Account offered by us in respect of which you are required to give us a period of notice (as specified by us) before withdrawing any money, with the features described in term 2.14. Online Banking Service means our banking service hosted and made available to you via the internet on our Website for the purposes of administering your Account. Payment Instruction means an instruction from you to make a Payment Transaction from your Account.
