Third Party Software definition

Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
Third Party Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for companies other than the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Third Party Software refers to software programs or plug-ins developed by companies or individuals other than Grantee which are used in performance of the Project. It does not include items which are ancillary to the performance of the Project, such as internal systems of Grantee which were deployed by Grantee prior to the Contract and not procured to perform the Project.

More Definitions of Third Party Software

Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services including the software and which is specified as such in Schedule 6 (Third Party Software) to this Contract.
Third Party Software means (i) any and all software products and content licensed to Licensee under this Agreement as specified in Software Order Forms hereto, all as developed by companies other than SAP, SAP SE and/or any of their affiliated companies and delivered to Licensee hereunder; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through SAP Support or warranty obligations and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Third Party Software means the third party software, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.
Third Party Software means standalone software applications proprietary to a third party that are provided or otherwise made available with, on or through RIM Products, Software or RIM Services, such as a RIME Store.
Third Party Software means software that is: developed for general commercial use; available to the public; or not developed for HHSC. Third Party Software includes without limitation: commercial off-the-shelf software; operating system software; and application software, tools, and utilities.
Third Party Software software (other than the Supplier’s Software) which is specified in a Contract or supplied with the Goods.
Third Party Software means any Software (including object code, binary code, source code, libraries, routines, subroutines or other code, and including commercial, open-source and freeware Software) and any documentation or other material related to such Software, and any derivative of any of the foregoing, that is (i) not solely owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries and (ii) incorporated in, distributed with, or required, necessary or depended upon for the development, use or commercialization of, any Company Product. Third Party Software includes (A) Software that is provided to Company’s end-users in any manner, whether for free or for a fee, whether distributed or hosted, and whether embedded or incorporated in or bundled with any Company Product or on a standalone basis, (B) Software that is used for development, maintenance and/or support of any Company Product, including development tools such as compilers, converters, debuggers or parsers, tracking and database tools such as project management Software, source code control and bug tracking Software, and Software used for internal testing purposes, and (C) Software that is used to generate code or other Software that is described in clause (A) or (B).
