Collegiality. 11.2.1 The University acknowledges the rights and responsibilities of Members to participate in the formulation and/or recommendation of academic policies and procedures within the University through duly constituted collegial bodies and committees. The involvement and participation of Members in the selection of senior academic administrators is accepted and supported by the University.

Collegiality. The Board acknowledges the reasonable, certain, and known rights and responsibilities of members to participate in the formulation and/or recommendation of academic and Library policies and procedures within the University. The Board acknowledges that openness and transparency are essential to encourage collegiality and academic freedom. The involvement and participation of members in the selection of senior academic administrators is accepted and supported by the Board.
Collegiality. The parties recognize that the collegial process will continue to be fundamental to the life of the University. The parties undertake to respect that principle and thus recognize the right and responsibility of Members to participate individually, in accordance with each Member's responsibilities in the formulation of policies and procedures for the functioning of the University and to take part in the work of the appropriate committees, councils and assemblies.
Collegiality. 11.2.1 The Parties recognize the contribution of part-time contract academic staff and part-time professional librarians in the fulfilment of the academic objectives of the University, and acknowledge that this contribution may take the form of representation on the collegial bodies of the University as outlined in 11.2.2. Members serve on collegial bodies under 11.2.2 for a period of the academic year. If a Member resigns from a position under 11.2.2, a replacement shall be selected in accordance with the procedures in 11.2.2.
