Board of Governors The Association the rights, powers and responsibilities of the Board to operate and manage the University in accordance with The University Act, The Board shall exercise those rights, powers, and responsibilities which are pursuant to this Agreement in a fair and reasonable manner. University Senate The Board and the Association the rights, powers, and responsibilities of the University Senate in accordance with The University Act, The Board acknowledges the reasonable, certain, and known rights and responsibilities of members to participate in the formulation and/or recommendation of academic and Library policies and procedures within the University. The involvement and participation of members in the selection of senior academic administrators is accepted and supported by the Board.
