LEGAL PARAMETERS. The parties intend that this Article is subject to all of the mandatory requirements of the Fair Dismissal Law, and other applicable statutes, and nothing in this Article shall be interpreted in a manner inconsistent with such legal requirements. In the event of such conflict, such legal requirements shall control over any language of this Article in conflict, and such language shall be of no effect. In areas where the statutes allow school district discretion, the parties do intend and agree that such discretion will be exercised in a manner strictly consistent with this Article.

LEGAL PARAMETERS. This service may be utilized only for lawful purposes, and the usage of the service in connection with or adjunct to any matter or thing which violates any foreign, municipal, state, county or federal statute or regulation is prohibited.   • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard.
